SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION SPECIALIST

The marketing professional we seek is a proactive highly analytical SEO/SEM specialist who will create, implement, track, analyze and optimize paid search engine marketing campaigns on behalf of our customers across multiple search engines.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for paid search program success through successful bidding strategies and effective key word management on pay-per-click search engines; manages positioning to meet ROI targets.


* Provides detailed analysis of key metrics and program tracking techniques in order to identify, recommend and implement program changes to increase overall search performance efficiency


* Continually monitors tests, analyzes and retests keyword effectiveness, leading to increased click/impression ratios and works in concert with the SEO Manager and customer stakeholders to optimize performance within the constraints of the customer's media budget.


* Acts as the subject matter expert on SEO/SEM to provide optimization advice on web products developed internally.


QUALIFICATIONS:
- Position requires 5+ years in an e-commerce environment having a minimum of 2+ years of SEO/SEM responsibilities

- Experience in managing and tracking significant budgets on top-tier search engines (Google, MSN, Yahoo, AOL)


- Experience with paid search bid optimization tools


- Highly knowledgeable about natural search tactics and how web metrics are tracked


- Be a strong strategist/tactician. Have current knowledge of latest search engine industry trends (Specifically need knowledge of the Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN, and Ask Jeeves engines)


- Quantitative skills including the ability to monitor budgets, understand return on investment and select relative data for analyzing future actions


- Strong execution and implementation skills

Marketing Manager


The Internet Marketing Manager manages the daily production and marketing support operations of the web site with the primary goals of increasing traffic, revenue and customer satisfaction.

The Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for management and coordinates with internal departments and any other approved vendors who serve as a resource for Web fulfillment/production.

Requirements:

Candidates should have a minimum 3-5 years experience in B2B/B2C Web development and design, integrated marketing, advertising/ marketing communications or related fields on the agency or client-side.

Bachelors degree required.

Experience with telecommunications and/or B2B market is preferred.

Strong project management, analysis, and customer relationship skills with understanding of Online marketing and B2B principles and best practices

Experience working with and managing relationship with a vendor/agency providing Online Creative and Media services.

Able to raise issues when appropriate and make recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to distill a variety of information into clear and concise customer-facing messages to write and edit content for the Internet.

Advanced level in understanding information architecture, Web usability, Web design, Web analytics, and end-user behavior.

Advanced skills in Macromedia Studio suite of programs - particularly Dreamweaver and Contribute. Proficient with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of rapidly growing company. You will be the key person overseeing a team of other SEO specialists that you will need to train. Qualifications:



  • B.S. or B.A. degree in a business related field

  • 1-3 years of online marketing experience, Affiliate Marketing preferred

  • Strong knowledge of internet protocols

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, data feeds,

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
